CAMERA SYSTEM LIMITED WARRANTY

Hoyt Technologies warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The Hoyt Technologies warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective item at no charge if we determine such item to be defective.

This warranty shall not apply to any item subject to misuse including static discharge, failure by Buyer to follow instructions, product modification, ordinary wear and tear, negligent or improper operation, or which has been installed or soldered or altered during assembly or use and is not capable of being tested or resold. Modification, repair, or attempted repair by anyone other than Hoyt Technologies ithout written permission of Hoyt Technologies will void this limited warranty.

Software purchases are covered by the GPV Systems License agreement and are not covered under this warranty. Tactical lighting products are cover by the Tactical Lighting Limited Warranty and are not covered under this warranty.

TACTICAL LIGHTING LIMITED WARRANTY

Hoyt Technologies, Inc. warrants our illumination tool products to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for the lifetime of the original owner. If the product is determined by us to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund your original purchase price of this product, at our discretion. Electronics, chargers, and rechargeable batteries are covered for a period of 1 year with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, including lamps burning out, batteries draining, and switches wearing out, is not covered. The following conditions and exclusions also apply: Disassembly of any part of the light other than for battery replacement or bezel replacement (as described in the instruction manual) will void the warranty as will alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack of maintenance.

Software purchases are covered by the GPV Systems License agreement and are not covered under this warranty. Camera products are cover by the Camera System Limited Warranty and are not covered under this warranty.

RETURN POLICY

Returns of unused merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging and include original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items that are determined by Hoyt Technologies to have been used or are incomplete or otherwise not in original condition will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense or may be eligible for a partial refund. The eligibility and amount of the partial refund will be determined by Hoyt Technologies. All returns require an RMA#. All software sales are final.

LIFETIME RETURN POLICY

If you have purchased a helmet or In-Car camera system from Hoyt Technologies or one of our competitors and it is not covered under warranty for any reason, you may return it to Hoyt Technologies and receive a 25% discount towards the purchase of a new comparable camera system from Hoyt Technologies. Discount limited to one camera per return.
